Startup Advisory Program (SAP)
The MIIC Commercialisation Program (MCP) is an initiative implemented by the Makerere Innovation and Incubation Center. It aims to support high-potential science and technology startups in Uganda by providing business development services, tailored product development support, investment readiness, and market development strategies with an aim of commercializing their products and solutions.
The program includes intense business development bootcamps and one-on-one coaching sessions with industry experts to refine business models, market development strategies, and prepare startups for investment opportunities. MCP seeks to improve business outcomes, create job opportunities, and generate a positive social and economic impact on youth innovators and startups.
